At Construction Plant Certification (https://constructionplantcertification.co.uk/), we strive to provide a seamless booking experience. Please read our Refund and Cancellation Policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. CITB Test Cancellations & Rescheduling

• Notice Period: You may request to cancel or reschedule your CITB Health, Safety and Environment Test provided you give us at least 96 hours (4 working days) notice prior to the test date.
• Rescheduling: Rescheduling requests made with more than 96 hours’ notice will be processed free of charge.
• Late Cancellations: Cancellations or reschedule requests made with less than 96 hours’ notice are non-refundable, and a new booking fee will apply to secure a new date.

2. No-Shows and Test Refusals

No refunds will be issued under the following circumstances:

• You fail to attend your scheduled test (No-Show).
• You arrive late and are refused entry by the test center staff.
• You fail to present valid, accepted, and in-date photographic ID (e.g., UK Driving Licence or Passport) and are turned away.

3. CSCS Card Applications

• Once a CSCS Card application has been submitted and processed with the governing body on your behalf, the application fee becomes non-refundable.
• If you request a cancellation before the application has been processed, a refund will be issued minus a reasonable administration fee.

4. Online Courses and Training Materials

• Due to the digital nature of online courses (e.g., Level 1 Health and Safety course), refunds are generally not provided once the course materials have been accessed or login details have been generated.
• If you have purchased a course but have not yet logged in or accessed any materials, you may request a refund within 14 days of purchase.

5. How to Request a Refund or Cancellation

To request a refund or to reschedule a test, please contact us immediately via the contact form on our website with your booking reference number and full name.

6. Processing Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed back to the original method of payment within 5-10 business days.
